Gator Gymnastics Coach To Speak At Local Event

MELBOURNE, Florida – The coach of the 2013 national champion Florida Gator women’s gymnastics team will be the featured speaker at the September Meet-and-Greet of the Space Coast Gator Club.

Coach Rhonda Faehn will be speaking at the Liberty Bell Memorial Museum, 1601 Oak Street Melbourne. The event will take place on September 14th at 12:00 pm.  The event is open to the public.
Faehn will hold a 30 minute presentation, followed by a question and answer session. If time allows, she will sign autographs and take pictures.

According to a release by the club, her impact “on the University of Florida gymnastics program is undeniable. In her 11 years as the Gators’ head coach, the program has its first ever national championship; has seven top-five NCAA Championship finishes, including the 2012 runner-up spot; won four (2007, 2010, 2012 and 2013) Southeastern Conference team titles; and claimed eight NCAA Region team titles.”
Seating is limited to the first 100 people.  Advance tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for children.
